Best IV Therapy Franchises in 2025

You’ve probably heard of how IV therapy is taking the market by storm, and there’s a reason for it. Wellness and preventive health is on the top of consumers’ minds, particularly among the more affluent and busy segment.

The IV market is only expected to grow the coming years, and now is the best time to open an IV therapy franchise if that’s ever been on your horizon. The trends I am seeing show that there’s a lot of opportunity to come in and make money with a proven business model if you get in with a company that does a good job supporting its franchisees.

IV therapy clinics are all the hype, providing something great with scalability and soaring demand. Why just sell a vitamin C drip when you have someone in the door?

Before choosing which of these IV therapy franchises to consider, let’s get on a quick call to review your options. The best IV therapy franchise for you may not be the same as the next person’s!

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness

The cost to open a Prime IV hydration & Wellness franchise location ranges from $164,549 to $610,088.

I love Prime IV Hydration as it’s a leader in the space, with a wide array of infusions offered at the locations. Wellness, energy, and overall health – everything is covered! When you step into one of the clinics, it feels luxurious and high-end.

I generally have a preference – when it comes to business – to offer a premium product, because it tends to attract a clientele I prefer.

If you choose this company to move forward with, you’ll be attracting athletes, busy professionals, and others that are health conscious.

Prime IV is growing, and it’s growing fast for a reason! While the initial franchise fee of $49,000 may sound steep, you’re tapping into a luxury market. If you’re planning on opening a franchise in an affluent area, Prime IV is a good candidate to consider.

There are many businesses I am reluctant to consider, potentially because I feel the demand is declining. However, I think there’s a genuine push for healthier lifestyles, which also includes places like IV clinics. On top of that, I believe we’ve only just started scraping the top of the surface in terms of what affluent clients are willing to pay for when it comes to health procedures. Getting into this business early on presents an opportunity to become the provider of choice in your area, and I think there will only be more products that come out over the following years.

Onus

The cost to open an Onus franchise location ranges between $230,000 and $515,000.

Remember how I said I feel there’s a wide array of products health-focused companies offering franchises could tap into? Choosing to franchise with Onus, you’re already offering a myriad of these products. Products include hormone replacement therapy, NAD+, and more. They even have a premium supplement line!

Through franchising, this company is poised for growth. I love how Onus feels like a lifestyle brand with a heavy focus on personalized treatments and a focus on evidence-based products. Onus has a great focus on longevity as well, providing products for anyone entrenched in optimizing their health.

With a franchising fee of $40,000 and royalties of 6% Onus’ rates are very competitive compared to IV treatment providers. When customers go into an Onus clinic, they get taken care of the right way. Besides the products offered, Onus offers an environment that encourages customers to start taking their health seriously.

You will also need a minimum liquid capital of $100,000 if this is a franchise opportunity you’re curious about opening.

Vida-Flo

The cost to open a Vida-Flo franchise location ranges between $209,350 and $349,500. At Vida-Flo, you can get the benefit of medically supervised treatments. With a similar clientele to the Onus and Prime IV, Vida-Flo is another contender in the market.

With their range of offerings, athletic recovery, beauty, and wellness is at the heart of everything they do.

Want vitamin infusion? You got it! Spa-like environment? That’s another box checked.

However, there are a couple of reasons why I am more inclined to recommend one of the other companies. Vida-Flo isn’t as Prime IV is and their cost structures are very similar. In addition, Vida-Flo requires franchises to have a minimum net worth of $500k, which is considerably more than Prime IV.

The DripBar

The cost to own a The DripBar franchise ranges from $142,125 to $404,800.

The DripBar. If I’m being completely honest, I love the name. The DripBar makes it sound very casual and chic. With a focus on fast and convenience, it’s a brand that draws in busy professionals and others who may not have excess time available.

In addition, it’s an established name in the space, so you know you’re buying into a brand that’s there for you. Personally, I’m not thrilled about the extent of their current product offerings, which are limited to IV therapy, although an expansion is on the lookout.

Royalties at The DripBar are 7% with a $55,000 franchise fee.

Liquivida Lounge

The cost to own a Liquivida Lounge ranges from $645,375 to $929,600. Their franchise fees range from $75,000 to $82,100. However, while those numbers are considerably higher than other companies on the list, the 6% royalties is very competitive.

This company offers wellness on a different level, which includes hormone replace therapy, IVs, and medical aesthetics. If you’re considering opening a Liquivida Lounge, you’ll need a minimum net worth of $250,000.
