Ship Launch Fail: Saved by Seconds From Being Crushed During its Launch

The employee of a naval shipyard was about to be run over by a ship at his opening ceremony.

Local media reported that a worker at the Royal Bodewes shipyard was about to be crushed by a ship on 15 February. It was ocated in Hoogezand . It’s in Groningen, The Netherlands.

It happened during the opening ceremony of a ninety-meter-long NB 748 ship named Tasman.

There’s a video published by one of the attendees of the celebration. It shows when an employee decides to remove one of the ropes from the ship, just when it starts to slide.

To the surprise of those present, the man managed to escape at the last moment and suffered no harm.
